Custom and handcrafted items may require additional production time before they are ready for pickup, delivery, or shipment.

2. Custom Production Time

Custom jewelry, grillz, engagement rings, and exclusive pieces are made with care and may require consultation, design approval, sizing, material sourcing, stone setting, polishing, and final quality review. Production timelines may vary depending on the complexity of the design, selected materials, stone availability, client approvals, and current workload.

  • Detailed or diamond-set pieces may require more time.
  • Changes after approval may extend the production timeline.

3. Shipping Methods

Virelli may ship eligible orders through trusted shipping carriers. Available shipping options, delivery speed, and shipping fees may depend on the destination, item value, insurance needs, and order type. Shipping details will be confirmed during checkout, invoice review, or direct communication with the Virelli team.

4. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, payment verification, security review, or production requirements. Virelli is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier after the package has been handed over for delivery.

5. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase or order confirmation. Virelli is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information.

  • Address changes may not be possible once an order has shipped.
  • Additional shipping fees may apply if a package must be re-shipped.

6. Signature and Insurance

High-value jewelry orders may require signature confirmation, insurance, secure delivery handling, or additional verification before shipment. These steps help protect your purchase and ensure that luxury pieces are delivered safely.

7. Local Pickup and Private Appointment Delivery

Some orders may be available for local pickup or private appointment handoff when approved by Virelli. Pickup or appointment delivery must be scheduled and confirmed in advance. A valid form of identification may be required for order release.

8. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged, appears opened, or is missing, please contact Virelli as soon as possible with your order details, photos of the packaging, and carrier information. Virelli will review the issue and may assist with a carrier claim when applicable. Claims are subject to carrier rules, insurance coverage, and investigation results.
Please do not discard packaging, labels, or shipping materials until the issue has been reviewed.

9. Return Eligibility

Return eligibility depends on the product type, order status, customization level, condition of the item, and approval from Virelli. To be considered for a return, eligible items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in original condition with all packaging, certificates, and included materials.

10. Custom and Final Sale Items

Custom-made, personalized, engraved, sized, altered, special-order, grillz, engagement rings, and exclusive designer pieces may be final sale once production begins or once the order is completed. These items are created specifically for the client and may not be eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation unless approved by Virelli or required by applicable law.

11. Return Request Process

To request a return review, please contact Virelli with your name, order details, reason for the request, and photos of the item if needed.
  • Return requests must be reviewed before any item is sent back.
  • Items sent back without approval may not be accepted.
  • Approved returns must be shipped with tracking and proper packaging.
  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise approved.

12. Exchanges

Exchanges may be available for eligible standard items only, depending on product condition, availability, and Virelli approval. Custom, worn, resized, engraved, altered, damaged, or final sale items may not qualify for exchange.

13. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed after the returned item is received, inspected, and accepted by Virelli. Refund timing may depend on the payment provider, bank, or card issuer. Original shipping fees, rush fees, design fees, deposits, and custom work charges may be non-refundable.

14. Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible. Orders that have already entered design, sourcing, sizing, production, customization, or shipping may not be eligible for cancellation. Deposits or design fees may be non-refundable once work has started.

15. Repairs and Adjustments

Repair, resizing, polishing, stone replacement, or adjustment requests are reviewed case by case. Pricing, approval, and timeline will depend on the item condition, materials, design, wear, and the type of service requested.

16. Policy Updates

Virelli may update this Shipping & Returns policy at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the website or services after updates means you accept the revised policy.
